Times Group’s Uptown Markham is a community that will transform the budding city. Spanning 88 acres, this 6 site master plan continues to define the new skyline.

Novatrend has been awarded Riverside (Phase 3), completed the design, and is currently involved with the design of the future Phase 5. Being based in Markham’s neighboring city, Richmond Hill, we are ecstatic to be involved in such an important project so close to home.
