Islington Terrace is a towering example of modern living. 50,000 sqft of indoor and outdoor amenity space promote community and wellness. This phased project boast 3 towers, the tallest being 44 stories.

This seemingly conventional 2 pipe fan coil site hides some complex M&E components. Separated fire alarms per building allows for less inconveniences for the residents but creates a challenge for the mechanical pressurization system and fire alarm zoning. A massive parking garage for convivence required complex considerations for the phase construction.
